The Cottage

Picture of the Cottage

The cottage, the smaller of our two gîtes, is the easternmost building in our little hamlet, with east-facing patio doors opening onto a terrace shaded by a vine. Beyond that, lots of mown grass, rough meadow and in the distance the woods at the edge of our property. So people in the cottage have the best chance of seeing deer grazing at dawn or dusk.

The swimming pool lies about 25 yards away, screened by a high hedge. Inside the cottage you'll find stone floors, exposed beams and everything needed for up to 4 people. It's where the previous owners lived whilst they restored the rest of the buildings, and the place of which many of our friends and guests say "Well, I could sell up and just move in here".

This detached cottage offers a perfect holiday location for small families or couples.
